Setting an aim is not bad at all and it is a big challenge. Depends if you're quite serious about it but if you are, you'll really do everything inorder to achieve that aim/goal. For others, lossing some pounds can be very hard. Easy to gain weight but very difficult to loss it. Normal but with proper
weight loss diets, exercise and positive outlook in life, you'll surely reach that aim of yours easily. Do you agree? I know it's tiring but courage, and you will see :-).
