Garlic Bread

Pasta isn't complete without garlic bread. Do you guys agree? Garlic bread is something that I've been missing for almost a year and 7 months now. I've been searching for garlic bread spread at the supermarkets here but nothing available. Excuse me but I really thought that people I know are using a bread spread like that but a big NO-NO! So, I finally made one last night as hubby was missing pasta too. When he tried that garlic bread I prepared, he said that it was the missing puzzle in serving pasta. Hahahah he's funny and I guess he hasn't tried it. Normal because restos here don't served garlic bread. Maybe at big and luxurious restos maybe but mostly of the cafe's, bistros, restos and brasseries here will just give you a baguette :-)

That looks delicious! I love garlic bread. I always make my own though from fresh bread and I make my own spread. It's quick and easy so I never mind and it always taste so good. What is spaghetti without the garlic bread? Heh.

I'm glad you were reunited with garlic bread. Yes, it's great and it's a shame you don't get it more often.

It's easy to make though, as I'm sure you've discovered. HAPPY EATING FRIEND!
