What's Going On With PageRank?

Do you guys understand what's going on with this pagerank thing? I am really confused about it. 2 days ago, this blog has a pagerank of 4 and now it's 0. I'm thinking that maybe the robot of google are very confused with his job as there are more and more bloggers coming out hehehe. But honestly, when I had this pagerank 4, Wow! the oppps were really incredible. I was confused which opportunities should I took as I saw many $$$$$$$ fallin in line. I'm taking as many opportunities as I can everyday as my reserves for my upcoming vacation in Philippines because once there, I can't blog anymore because the resort where we will be staying doesn't have internet connection at all. I've been asking hubby if we could bring the laptop so that I could do the sponsored post during our flight stops but he said no huhuhu. I wish this pagerank thing won't change. I mean, I hope that this pagerank 4 that I had 2 days ago will be coming back.

My Business Woman Friend

A friend of wine asked me yesterday when will I be coming back home in Philippines. I told her that it would be next weekend. Because of my curiousity, I asked her why and she told me if it's okay with me if I could purchase some of the items there and I'll bring these items with me in coming back here in Bordeaux. It is okay for me to do it but I don't know if I will have enough time to do the things that she wanted me to do because hubby and I will be staying only at the city for 3 days and then we will be travelling on the other places. She's a stay at home mom but she's earning something by selling several items online. She's very simple you know but she is really a retailer and a real business woman in her own ways. I asked her if she's interested in buying wholesale fashion jewelry because I know a website that offers interesting prices and she said yes. Well, I just emailed her the references and I am hoping that this site will help her in making her business successful.

Spent My Day Searching For Belly Dancing Accessories

What I did today? That's the question I asked to myself this evening while I was having my dinner with hubby. I don't have work today so it means that I was infront of the laptop again. Time seems to run very fast here. I've been making a lot of research at the internet where it is possible for me to buy different hip scarves and other belly dancing accessories here in Bordeaux. Hey, don't interpret nor think that I am a professional or something ha but I am still a beginner and I like what I am doing right now. I am starting to interact with the other students in this dancing school. The bad part is that the students are getting more and more and the place isn't enough for us really. Mondays and wednesdays classes are full already as well as thursdays (I do the thursdays class) and tomorrow saturday. The only wish I have is that hoping there will be morning classes soon. Our teacher Caroline Chatel is a good teacher and a dancer and she's one of the famous instructor here in bordeaux but as we are too many in the class, she can't concentrate in correcting us our mistakes especially the bad posture when were dancing.

Intermediate and advance level aren't that many. I guess there are maximum of 10 students in this class but goodness, they are really good. While I was waatching them, they dance very well already and they move very gracefully. Although it is not really necessary to wear some costumes or anything but students in this level are wearing sexy outfits. Mostly of them are wearing long skirts with very short top and with belly piercings as well. Yes, they have the courage to exposed off their bellies already while we in the beginners level are still babies. I want to be on the intermediate and advance level but it would mean that I have to do a lot of practice, practice, practice and practice.

I spent my entire day searching for a shop where it is possible to buy this special hip scarves that my teacher is using but I couldn't find it. I hope tomorrow, I will find it at Bordeaux Centre. Maybe I'm going to buy a special shoe as well for dancing because my foot looks like duck's feet when naked. Voila! Wish me luck guys

Sweet PIneapple

Last weekend while we were doing our grocery at the nearby supermarket, we found this pineapple. I wanted to have an alternative dessert here so I took it without any hesitation. Why alternative? For our desserts in general, we have chocolate cake, fromage blanc, crumble de figues, apple pie, ice cream, banana split and apples with cream. Hubby doesn't complain anything about it but on my part, I like that I will be serving him different foods everyday. I've been searching for strawberries but it's not the season for it at present. I don't like peaches as well so I don't have any other choice but to try the pineapple here in France. It's a little bit expensive compared to the price in PI but this pineapple is not bad at all because it is sweet as well. Tomorrow morning, I will be preparing fresh pineapple juice for hubby for his breakfast.

I am not shy to admit that I am an avid fan of Sharon Cuneta. I have all the compilations of her albums in Philippines. I even have the cassette ones. I really love this girl. This is the woman that I idolize very much. I mean she's not just a good singer but she's a very good actress as well, a good wife, very down to earth, humble, a very good mother and a bestfriend to her kids. It is something I'd want to happen in my life as well that my kids will be treating me not as their mom only but I'd like very much that they'll consider me as their bestfriend, a person whom they can share their secrets to especially when it comes to boys and crushes.

I've been searching this song Starlight, Starbright by Sharon Cuneta. I love this song very much. It's very calm and she sung this song very well really. Her voice is very heavenly with this song especially the Starlight, Starbright version with KC Concepcion. I've been looking for a video of them together singing this song but I couldn't find it. Excuse me guys if I am too much but I really praise Sharon Cuneta and she is really perfect. Hubby himself likes this song. I hope she'll have her concert here in Bordeaux very soon. Pag iipunan ko talaga yung ticket kahit 1000€ pa yan just to see her hehehe.

Do you still guys still remember the friend I have who loves to play blackjack? Well, we were chatting this morning while I was eating my breakfast and she’s now in New Jersey. Hubby Did The Cuisine

Last night, we came home a little bit late because of the tour we had in Cap Ferret. We always do it when the weather is really good like yesterday. We've been always planning on having our weekend in Pays Basque but as we wake up late during the weekend, we ended up by exploring the other places nearby here in Bordeaux. Hubby was planning yesterday to cook a special meal for us called tajine something. He cooked this recipe once and I really loved it. I'm craving to eat it again and yesterday was supposed to be his schedule to prepare this recipe. But we arrived home at 9+ in the evening and the preparation for this tajine recipe is a little bit long so he decided to prepare another tasty meal for us. He prepared the mushrooms and the canard. I couldn't remember the complete name of these menus but they are really tasty especially the mushroom. I wasn't on a diet again last night hehehe.

Our Tour In Cap Ferret

Hubby and I had a tour around Cap Ferret yesterday afternoon. It is the place where there are many huitres or oysters owners and it is one of the places where you’ll find many beautiful houses as well. The view was magnificent because it is facing the very famous Dune du Pyla and it was sunny. I’ve noticed that people put up their cbu mailboxes at the end of the street. I asked hubby if it’s safe to do it because these mailboxes are quite cute and he instantly said yes. I also noticed that it was not that crowdy at all and hubby told me that majority of the residents here have their own houses too in Bordeaux Centre. The houses in Cap Ferret are considered as people’s vacation house during summer. Well, sometimes I used to think that rich people here really don't know how to spend their money. They should have asked for my help hehehe.

I am finally done in uploading my wedding pictures from the cd going here in my laptop. Sorry friends if it took me so long to post the pictures. I have so many things to do and it is one of the many reasons.

To have a religious wedding is one of the dreams I always have. I am happy that I got married in Philippines in a civil ceremony last year with my entire family and hubby’s family. I will honestly say that never I imagined that I will be having a wedding here in France especially on having a wedding in a chateau or castle. My inlaws made it happen for me. They took good care of everything as in everything and the wedding we had here in France was really magnificent. I am thankful because I got the chance to meet my hubby’s relatives and friends and got to know them and talked to them. All of them were nice and it is my pleasure to meet all of them. I really wish that I will be meeting them again in the near future. Hopefully baptism maybe? We will see. It is unbelievable because we had our religious wedding this month and next month will be our wedding annivery (wedding in Philippines). Both of these weddings are different but both are very amazing and beautiful.

To my inlaws, hubby’s friends and relatives…thanks very much for celebrating that special day of our lives with us. I am very to finally met you guys in person. I am happy as well that I finally managed to interact with real french and in french language. Hubby and I will always be thankful for everything. Again, thanks very much especially to our beloved parents whose always there for us and for giving us life in this world.

The Filipino prisoners rock once again because of their newest dance number entitle “Rico Mambo 2″. At first, they received many attention and was viewed a million times on youtube on their premier dance routine “Thriller”. I saw a video on youtube too that they performed at the Cebu City Capitol during the foundation day. Oh di ba, hanep talaga tayong mga pinoy. I really respect them even if they are prisoners. It only shows that we, filipinos, are very talented. W’ere sikat once again! Mabuhay Ang Pilipino!!!!

Tired And Busy

What a very busy day I have today. When arrived home yesterday at noon time and hubby and I were very tired. The wedding we had here in France was really great. I am very happy to meet hubby's entire family and relatives. All of them were very kind and nice. I will be posting some pix soon when I'll receive the cd that my father-in-law sent us.

For the mean time, I was very busy here at home cleaning and arranging some stuffs. I did the grocery, cleaned the floor and everything, did the laundry, placed our plants on the terrace and blog hopping. Hubby is very busy today and as usual, he didn't eat lunch as well because he has 3 meetings today. Mon pauvre! If I only know how to drive, for sure I will be dropping him something to eat at work. He just called to check how am I doing here at home and etc. I'm thankful that Picard exist because the food is very easy to prepare. As I am really busy, it allows me to place the food in the microwave only while doing something. I'm thinking of doing some rearranging here again especially our frames. We have so many frames here now at home at the other one is at inlaws' home because the frame was a little bit big but very magnificent. It was personally done by my inlaws' friend for the wedding day. Isn't that sweet?

Anyway, thanks my dear beloved friends for dropping by all the time here in my blog. Even if I wasn't around during the weekend, you guys and gals still thought of me and thanks very much also for the warm wishes. I just finish in doing my blog hopping but I will be doing it again tomorrow.

Francine Is Hiatus

This afternoon, we will be leaving here in Bordeaux going to Paris. Once in Paris, we will be going directly to my inlaws’ home. Oh yeah, no time to do lakwacha or anything. Inlaws’ home is 2 1/2 hours from Paris and we prefer to sleep early in preparation for my wedding day on saturday. Do I have beauty regimen for the big day? Not at all. I was busy with my work this week and in doing sponsored post. I was able to sleep very well last night. Although right now, I am a little bit worried for my mom's condition in Philippines. I'm hoping that she'll get better. Everytime I remember here, I couldn't control myself but to cry instantly.

Saturday morning will be my rendez-vous with my hair stylist and make-up artist before heading at the chateau. My wedding proper starts at 5 in the afternoon and then followed by cocktail, reception proper and etc. For the mean time, sorry if I won’t manage to visit your blog my dear friends but I promise that I will do it once were back here in Bordeaux this coming monday. Okay? I have to prepare my speech in french as well huhuhuhu.

My nephew will be celebrating his 3rd birthday very soon and I will be giving him a birthday party again. Soon, my family in Philippines will be distributing the birthday invitations I ordered. My nephew is honestly happy and quite excited about it. He knows that he’ll be having a birthday party again. My mom always tells me that he would like to have a spider man costume, bag and t-shirts. Les Bleus Beat All Blacks Haka

When the french team Les Bleus finally won against All Blacks Haka New Zealand, we decided to go at Bordeaux Centre to see how french people celebrate the victory of their team. At first, it was country in our neighborhood but when we arrived at the center, it was really noisy. Frenchies made noise on their cars and scooters by beeping and playing their horns. I really had a lot of fun! I can say that I enjoyed it and it's amazing how french people celebrate this kind of victory. They were singing, dancing, jumping, shouting everywhere and all the vehicles are beeping. It was really noisy. Hubby and I went to the café to have a drink. I wanted to go at the discotheque but it's not possible as we were carrying our helmets with us. At first, I said that french team will never win against New Zealand but it changes afterwards. The game last night was really steamy and heart pounding. Even at the last minute, possible to see on the tv itself that players from both team were nervous but I bet that french team are more nervous. Why? All Blacks Haka has the reputation to be the best and most famous team when it comes to rugby and the best player of rugby sport also comes from New Zealand. I was singing, cheering, dancing, jumping when our team won.

Anyway, video here was taken from my canon camera. It was a little bit dark but hear it for yourself guys and gals. Witness how noisy it was really at the road. The noise you hear from vehicles are not normal at all or it is not something that happens everyday. It is like that when people are celebrating on something on the road. People beeped their vehicles. Hubby did it as well. If you'll notice, some young french at the center approached at the vehicles to scream or to simply congratulate eachother.

Oh next week will be England vs. France at 9 in the evening. Allez! Allez Les Bleus!

They Want To See "Date Issued"

We woke up very early this morning to go at the Préfecture to have my Philippine driver's license converted to french one. I am very lazy when it comes to waking up in the morning. We were there 7+ this morning and the office opens at 8:30 in the morning. We were 4th in the line. Unfortunately, when it was our turn to submit the papers, the employee was not satisfied at all with the driver's license I had together with the french translation. Why? They are looking for this word "date issued" at the card. There's a date of course written above the signature I did and I tried to explain to them that the date below the picture and is the actual date the license was issued before the owner will sign the card but nahh, they want to see this word "date issued". So strict! Hubby and I were disappointed at all coz we came there for nothing. So now, I need to have this receipt from the LTO translated in french for them to see and to understand that this date below the picture is really and actually the date I received my driver's license. Jezzzz, I couldn't understand in other departments here in France aren't that strict at all like here in Bordeaux. But as I couldn't do anything, I have to follow their rules and laws

My First Belly Dancing Class Here In France

This evening, I had my first belly dancing class here in Bordeaux, France. Eversince I arrived here, I've been searching on the internet for belly dancing classes nearby but it is very difficult to find one. I don't know why. Wedding Preps

Last weekend, they were working very hard in preparing the give-aways for the guests. Here in france, their tradition is to give dragées but instead of following the common tradition, we decided a chocolate in the form of bouchon or wine cork with liquor inside when eaten. We came out with this idea as France is a known country when it comes to wine. Maman and mammy (hubby's grandma) were working with the bouchons while papa was busy in working the place cards. My Workplace

My good friend Bless, tagged me and is very curious to see how my workplace looks like here at home. Voila, here it is my friend. There are not so many things on the table because I don't like it when the table is full as it is very difficult for me to do the cleaning when there are lots of stuff on the table. I'm very lazy and when I am cleaning, I want it to be fast and quick sans hassle kumbaga. A laptop is a must of course with speakers and webcam, lampshade at the side, my Elle magazine too is always on my table and the little notes or reminders infront of me. Sorry it's a little bit messy or simple.

Our Garage Storage Cabinets

Do you know that majority of the people here in France have small cars? Why? One of the many reason is that it is very difficult to find a place here where it is possible to park one’s car. There are parking lots available of course but the parking fee is really expensive. People have their own garage but it is good only for 1 car. French people give importance to the spaces here no matter how small the area is. Here at home, we have our own garage and I will honestly tell you that storage space has always been a problem for us. It has changed a little bit now because of the garage storage cabinets we purchased. So far, these cabinets are the best storage system we have in our garage and I will definitely say that these cabinets are really the best way to clean out and organize a cluttered garage.
