I tried to copy this one because I really felt inlove on how the restaurant presented this salad we ordered. The restaurant I am referring here was the one in Paysbasque where we celebrated our advance Valentine's celebration. This place had plenty of customers so I am really thinking that all their menus are really tasty.
The picture above is my own version of Chevre chaud avec de la salade et noix. I didn't managed to copy the presentation of the food in Paysbasque but hehehe not bad ha. It is just a slice of bread with chevre on the top and figue and I placed it in the oven. Before serving, I placed salad on the plate with nuts, tomatoes and the sauce.
