Beef Saté à la Francine

I was in the mood this week to prepare something for hubby everyday. First time I've done this and so far, he likes it that I'm cooking everyday. Oufff! It's nice to hear something like that of course from him but oufff, it's really tiring especially the washing sched of the kitchen utensils I use and etc. When I'm the one cooking in the kitchen, all the utensils are out.

This is my own version of Beef Saté. I just grabbed the available veggies and sliced all of them. I was lucky coz we had all the vegetables that I need and so far, hubby liked the way I prepared it. It's a little bit spicy and the beef was properly done. Hubby doesn't like it when the meat is overcooked so I was very careful about the beef. Voila! It's very easy to prepare. I just fry everything and that's it :-)
How I did it? I marinated the beef with maggi soy sauce, pepper, salt, garlic and onions for 2 hours. When it was ready, I placed an olive oil at the frying pan and fried the beef first. I did it because hubby doesn't want overcooked meat. On the other side, I fried garlic, onions, sliced potatoes and carrots until it is cooked. I mixed this mixture together with the beef and I then poured in the marinate. I just let it simmer in a couple of minutes, dashed in some ground black pepper and mixed in the green bell peppers and that's it! I placed a little bit of sugar to make it sweet a little bit.
