I've been really taking my diet seriously. Even if I sometimes crave for chocolates, ice cream, cakes, cookies, chips but I really have to control myself for me to be able to have a flat tummy. Eversince this month started, wheat bread and yaourt nature (natural yogurt) with honey are the one's I have everyday for snacks. For the first time today, I had the courage to expose off my belly my wearing a very short top and a hipster bottom. It was not bad at all. Hubby has been telling me that my tummy is really big but when he saw me yesterday wearing my entire costume, hehehe he said I've got a flat tummy and he likes it. I guess the wheat bread and yaourt nature really worked for me. Soon, I'd like to change rice by vegetables only or brown rice instead and to avoid all the white foods like white rice, white bread, white sauce and many others. Ouff! It's difficult ha but I need to discipline myself.
