This is an overdue post. I guess I was supposed to post this 2 or 3 weeks ago but I forgot that there's something waiting for me here lolz. Anyway, hubby was at the mood to cook a french food for us here at home at that time. It was raining and we were both lazy to go at the center to see what's new and hot there. Instead, he prepared this Blanquette de Veau for dinner. This is one of the famous french recipes here. It's tasty and yummy. The preparation? Hehehehe I find it difficult but for hubby, it's too easy. If you gals want to try this menu, don't hesitate to ask me for the recipe.
