Our Weekend In Paris

These are some of the pictures I took last weekend when we went in Paris for our New Year. We left here in Bordeaux last Sunday and arrived there in the evening. Busy sched for us coz we have to met hubby's friends at 9 so we just checked-in at the hotel and met his friends after that. We had a dinner at the Lebanese restaurant and we all had a great time. Gaetan, a good friend of happy was with us the entire evening. We went at Moulin Rouge and had a drink at the nearby Irish pub from midnight to 4 in the morning, went back in Paris to look for a discotheque hehehe but unfortunately it was closed already, we walked and made our own version of "Paris by Night", had a drink again at the cafe and went back at the hotel at 6:30 monday morning. We took advantage of our time that we were in Paris because it is something that we can't do all the time because it's far from us. Monday afternoon, hubby and I did a tour together in Paris center. We wanted to go on the very top of the Eiffel Tower but it was really crowdy and the lines were really long even if it was very late in the afternoon already. It was very difficult for us to park our car as well but it's pretty normal comme ça à Paris. Voila!

you definitely spent your time in Paris wisely ;-). glad you had fun.

don't feel bad about not making it to the very top of the Eiffel tower. i only reached the second level because when we got out of the elevator and realized how far above the ground we were, my knees started shaking i couldn't move! i stayed on that level holding on to the steel railings while hubby went on ahead to the top without me.
